Before I do any research on the 1950's, I am going to write what I think it is. I think the 1950's was a time that Elvis was popular, the jive was being created, and drive in movies were really popular. Poddle skirts were the cool thing for girls to wear, and leather jackets for the guys. I also know that during this time there were a lot of bomb test going on, and we just got over a war, and started going into another one.Well I looked up some of the shows that were in the 1950's, there was I Love Lucy, Mickey Mouse Club, and Superman. I like all three of these, they were very catchy. From girls, to guys that wanted to be Superman. They knew how to catch their audience. Then I looked up what kind of music there was and I got; Jazz music, and the legendary king of rock Elvis. They had some really crazy big hair. America was also going into a war, right after another war. That is all I could find on the 1950's. I am also glad I didn't live during this time.
